  • 2 containers (6 oz. each) raspberry nonfat yogurt
  • 3 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1/3 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Grape-Nuts Cereal


  1. Place yogurt, raspberries, milk and vanilla in blender; cover.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into four glasses.
  3. Top each serving with 2 Tbsp. of the cereal. Serve immediately.

Tips and Suggestions

Special Extra: Garnish each serving with a dollop of thawed whipped topping.

Make Ahead: Blend as directed but do not top with cereal. Pour into pitcher; refrigerate up to 1 hour. When ready to serve, pour into four glasses and top with cereal as directed.

Nutrition Bonus: This fat-free fruit smoothie is made with raspberries which are not only an excellent source of fiber but also are rich in vitamin C. And as a bonus, the cereal contains iron.
