Post Grape-Nuts Low-Fat Crust

Makes: 8 servings (one 9-inch crust)



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cereal in food processor or blender container; cover. Process until finely crushed. MIX cereal crumbs and apple juice concentrate until well blended. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Bake 5 min. or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. Makes 1 (9-inch) crust or 8 servings.

Tips and Suggestions

Note: Cereal can also be crushed by placing in plastic resealable bag and rolling with a rolling pin. Nutrition Bonus: The cereal in this low-fat crust is rich in iron and is a good source of vitamin A!
