Overnight Apple Pie Breakfast Pudding

  • 1 container (6 oz) plain non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Grape Nuts Cereal
  • ¼ cup diced green apple
  • ½ cup vanilla almond milk
  • 2 Tablespoons slivered almonds
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Add all ingredients in a pint size mason jar. 
  2. Secure lid and shake well. 
  3. Store in refrigerator overnight. 
  4. Enjoy chilled for breakfast the next morning.
