  • 1 cup strawberry slices, blueberries or raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt, any flavor
  • 1/4 cup Grape-Nuts Cereal


  1. Layer half each of the strawberries, yogurt and cereal in a medium glass.
  2. Repeat layers. Serve immediately.
