  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow or white onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4-1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh mint
  • 1 cup Grape-Nuts Cereal


  1. Combine all ingredients except cereal in large bowl; cover.
  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  3. Stir in cereal 30 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature until ready to serve.
