  • 1/3 cup strawberries, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons orange juice
  • 4 teaspoons Grape Nuts Cereal
  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 container (4 oz) low-fat orange yogurt
  • Garnish: twist of orange


  1. Soak chopped strawberries in orange juice for 30 minutes.   Drain off excess juice.  
  2. In a small bowl, combine Grape Nuts Cereal cereal and finely chopped walnuts.
  3. In a tall shot glasses, layer 2 teaspoons of the strawberries, 2 teaspoons orange yogurt and 2 teaspoons of the Grape Nuts Cereal mixture.  Repeat with 2 more teaspoons of strawberries, 2 teaspoons of orange yogurt and finish off with a sprinkling of the Grape Nuts mixture.   Garnish with a twist of orange.
