Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) orange flavor gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup chopped mangoes (about 2 medium)
  • 1-1/2 cups Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened

  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Tips and Suggestions

Size-Wise: Share this delicious dessert with loved ones on a special occasion.

How to Unmold Gelatin: Before unmolding gelatin, dip knife in warm water, then run knife around edge of gelatin to loosen. Dip mold in warm water, just to rim, for 15 sec. Lift from water and gently pull gelatin from edge of mold with moistened fingers. Invert mold into cutting board, then shake to loosen gelatin. Gently remove mold. If mold is still not ready, place in warm water for another 5 sec.

Make Ahead: Prepare recipe as directed, keeping pastry squares in airtight container at room temperature until ready to assemble each dessert just before serving.

Special Extra: Garnish with a fresh mint leaf and extra chopped mangos.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with chopped fresh mango, if desired.
