Tips and Suggestions

Makeover - How We Did It: Baking the chicken instead of frying it saves 75 calories, 12 g of fat and 3.5 g of saturated fat per serving when compared to the same amount of fast food-fried chicken.

Special Extra: For a spicier version, prepare recipe as directed substituting 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne) for the rosemary.

Nutrition Bonus: Enjoy this flavorful chicken with a crispy coating that is baked, not fried, to help you eat right.
