  • 6 squares semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 cups Cocoa Pebbles Cereal


  1. Microwave chocolate, corn syrup and butter in large microwaveable bowl on high 2-1/2 min. or until butter is melted, stirring after 1-1/2 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in vanilla.
  2. Add cereal; mix well. Press firmly into greased 9-inch square pan.
  3. Refrigerate 15 min. or until set. Cut into 12 bars to serve. Makes 1 dozen.

Tips and Suggestions

How to Evenly Press Cereal Mixture Into Pan: Use bottom of greased drinking glass or metal measuring cup to firmly press the cereal mixture into pan.

Crunchy Cocoa Balls: Prepare cereal mixture as directed. Shape into 36 balls, each about 1 inch in diameter, using moistened hands. Place on wax paper-lined tray. Cool completely. Store in cool dry place. Makes 3 doz. or 12 servings, three balls each.
